Direct Primary Care is a membership model of healthcare that does not require, accept/participate, or bill health insurance.

Membership includes direct access to the provider as listed above. It will also include annual health surveillance labs, chronic disease management, and medication management.

DPC can add to your existing health benefits by improving access to care- no more waiting weeks to be seen for a simple illness. Telehealth, direct communication, and same or next day scheduling without copays increase the likelihood that your employees will seek care when they need it! Health insurance is not accepted at the clinic, but it can be used to cover costs associated with additional labs or imaging.

An enrolled employee can sign up their immediate family at a discounted rate.

The employee can be removed from your company listing and billing by simply contacting the office by email, phone, or text notification. The employee will retain membership through the end of the month but will be removed on your next billing statement.

Once the employer agreement has been initiated and an employee roster is finalized, the employer will be billed at a rate of $50/employee. Automatic monthly billing can be set for the 1st or 15th of every month.
