The best answer is simply ACCESS to care! DPC is affordable and accessible. You will not have surprise bills or copays, you will have direct access to your provider with same day replies, and same or next day appointment scheduling! It can either be an alternative or an addition to traditional health insurance.

Although it may seem silly to pay every month when you don’t get seen every month, remember that your monthly membership gives you direct access to your provider when you need it all year long! No waiting days for an appointment, quick responses to texts, telehealth and house calls (under certain circumstances)!

Heartland Care Solutions does not accept insurance for your membership or visits, but DPC membership can still be beneficial by allowing increased access to your provider (calls, texts, same/next day appointments, etc). If you have a high deductible plan, a monthly DPC membership is typically less than your yearly deductible; and with an HSA account, your HSA can cover the cost of your membership!

Heartland Care Solutions offers visits for non-members as well, however this does not come with the benefit of direct access to the provider (calls or texts) outside of the visit. Additionally, any follow-up care would require additional fees to be collected.

When the fees are broken down daily, membership costs $2-$3/day; this gives you access to your healthcare provider when you need it, a personalized approach to your care- not cookie cutter medicine, and time to spend with your provider to take control of your own health.
